- I was following up with 4 different dealers to buy new Toyota 2013 Sienna - My requirement was very clear and specific - Only Shane Barbato showed the attitude and sincerity to get exactly what I am looking for, than trying to sell what they have - Shane was very patient, professional, takes extra effort to understand and makes sure other person is really enjoying the process - Other best part is, Shane managed to work through just emails for most part of the deal, which is big saver for me - Every detail, concerns and questions are addressed and explained promptly - Shane was up front about, things he cannot do and things he can do - Other dealers are nice but I got so many phone calls and emails from them without actually getting any work done. - Wish Shane - it was always to the point, focused and no time waste approach, that made it lot better for me. - It was a bit stressful always buying new car, picking up exactly what you want and making sure you are paying right price. I felt like Shane's internet knowledge, auto mobile knowledge combined with his excellent people skills made this as less stressful as possible for me. - To add... I could not visit dealer location during work week then Shane took pictures of new car and emailed me. - Even though Shane is from sales, he put a Service hat when I said I am hearing some sound while driving, came with me for drive to find out what it is and helped me resolve it. I am not greedy to get the best deal out there but wanted to make sure I pay the right price. In that aspect I felt like I got more than what I expected very happy with the wonderful car I purchased. Thanks to Shane, Connie and rest of the team. Connie: Is someone I admire as person who tries to understand other person's requirement and talk. She helped me choose right package that worked for me and at the same time patiently explained all other optional packages I could buy. She certainly made it not like someone selling few extra packages you don't need, but someone who genuinely helping other person choose what works for them.

TAYOTA OF GREENFIELD I leave on Nantucket Islan MA. Only dealer we have here is Ford. I was looking for Toyota Sienna online and came across TOYOTA OF GREENFIELD so I call up and Barbara was a lady that I talk to, she vas great from very beginning, than I talk to Nick who was as nice and and still cals me even now, so next morning I took boat over to Hyannis, rented a car and drove for 3 hrs. and about 12:30pm. I arrived to TOYOTA OF GREENFIELD and I must say that this is best car baying experience I had . From Barbara to Nick to the guy that cleaned again Toyota Sienna for me every thing vent easy and grate. I will in defiantly go back again when I will be ready for a new truck for myself. Consideringthat I was at Toyota Of Greenfield at 12:30pm. Nick got every thing set up, and I actually made it to the last boat at 8:00pm. Back to Nantucket. Grate job Nick thank you again.

I was pleasantly suprised with the overall experience of working with Mike Terrell and all of the other folks that I came in contact with. Everyone was polite and helpful My past experiences with dealerships were always tense and a bit controntational. Not so this time. I found myself relaxing more as I spent time with Mike and others who assisted me, both in sales and service dept. I gave the highest possible ratings for these reasons. I would definately recommend Greenfield Ford/Toyota to my friends and family!

Michael was exceptional in taking care of all my mother's needs for purchasing a new car. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a car dealership. He exceeded our expectations by making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His personable and sincere approach, with very attentive listening qualities, made her feel as if she wasn't going to be taken advantage of. Mike's knowledge of the surrounding community allowed us to enjoy a delicious lunch while the paperwork was being processed. The hassle free price was within her quoted range and it was a smooth transition with the insurance company all the way down to the inspection sticker. I spoke with Marty on the phone prior to visiting the dealership. He was very straightforward and open with me. He answered all my questions about financing, rebates, car models, etc... A few days later my wife and I visited the dealership and Marty stuck to everything he had told us previously. We got the exact model we were looking for at the price we were happy with. Ryan took us through the financing portion quickly and effectively and laid out all my options. We spent just a few hours in the dealership and walked away with a beautiful brand new Ford Focus. It was a spur of the moment decision to get a new car. I have a plan, and that plan is to buy a condo within the next year or so. The problem was, due to some credit issues a few years back plus not having any debt in the past couple of years, I needed a way to build up my credit. By talking to a couple of friends, they told me the best way would be to get a car. I haven't had a car payment in quite some time, and while that was nice, the car that I did own was showing signs of needing some repairs. I need at least a year of positive credit to reach my goal so I contacted Greenfield Ford. My previous car was a 2007 Ford Focus and it served me well. A friend of mine, who owns a Ford Fusion had taken her car in for service and had the new 2013 Ford Focus as a loaner. She let me take it for a spin and I absolutely loved it. Within 24 hours of making an online inquiry, Marty Kendrick contacted me. He asked me all the questions you could think of to find out what I was looking for. I was up front and told him of my plan and current issues. He was amazing, he understood, took all my information and went to work with Ryan Deveney to see what they could do for me. Marty showed me several cars that fit in my guidelines and Ryan worked his magic with the numbers. Between the two of them, they kept the payments in my price range and got me the car that I wanted. My lease is up in two years, and the plan at that time is to buy another new car from Marty (Ryan too) at Greenfield Ford. Chances are, it will be another Ford Focus. Thank you to Marty and Ryan for your amazing service, I couldn't be happier.

Carol Buker couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. She really made the whole experience easy and stressfree by taking care of the registration transfer and having my car inspected. And Carol definately went above and beyond by even seeing to a little detail like cleaning my old license plates before she put them on my new Focus SE; and although she took the time to explain and go over everything about my new car she even offered if I wanted to come back in a few weeks she'd go over anything I wanted her to again.
