I'd been looking at Toyota Tundras for about six months and had pretty much decided I'd hold out for a 2014 model, even though buying new wasn't my preference, because I couldn't find a used one with the features I wanted. On a whim, I did another search and came upon a 2010 Tundra Ltd at Toyota of Greenfield. A friend had just bought a new car there and said she had a great experience. So I called and spoke with Mike Tirrell. I met him there that night, drove it, loved it, and made arrangements to have the truck looked at by my mechanic the next day. The truck passed review with flying colors and now I'm a happy Tundra owner. Buying a car is rarely a pleasant experience but this WAS. Mike was more than accommodating - he was fully supportive of my taking the truck to my mechanic and let me take it home that night so it would be convenient for me to drive it to my mechanic the next morning. I needed to switch an accessory from my old truck to my 'new' one and the dealership delivered the Tundra to the garage while I was at work. When it came time to figure out the trade-in and review the few things I was looking for to be done with the truck, he listened, took notes, and we came to an arrangement that worked for both of us. I was happy to be able to 'buy local.' But more than that, I was happy with how I was treated. I'd visited other dealerships, left information on my trade-in, and not one called me back. Guess they have too much business to want mine. You won't find that attitude at Toyota of Greenfield. They want your business and if my experience, and that of my friend, is any indication, they'll do well by you.

Great experience, both in sales without pressure and handling of paperwork (except for the waiting time). Vehicle was delivered to us in VT, with new plates and temporary registration; couldn't ask for better service. Will recommend to others and/or use this dealership again in future.

My wife and I came to see about a used Prius and eventually purchased a new one. Staff members at the dealership were friendly and helpful. My only concern was discovering on the day I was to take delivery of the new vehicle that I was being presented with a complicated array of additional things to buy - high-end wax job, diverse warranty options, what have you. Having walked in the door expecting to make a certain sized monthly payment it didn't make me happy that a bunch of things were being added on at the last minute. In the end, I bought some of it and thereby boosted my monthly payment by nearly 15%. Now, several days later I think I got value for money. Still, I'm kicking myself for being naive about the game I was playing. So, to summarize: The people were great, the car is great. Ms. Grabowski was very helpful in discounting the warranty and maintenance program I chose by 15% and arranging for the transfer of auto insurance to the new vehicle. Mr. Barbato has been consistently friendly and helpful. I should have been wiser about how cars are sold.

I came to this dealership because I have purchased here before and had my cars serviced as well. I found the Sales Reps always treated me with respect and were friendly. Nick Koscinski was particularly that way. I found working with Nick easy and he provided an excellent sales experience for me and my wife. There was no quibbling over the deals and rebates that were available and he was quick to honor the USAA certificate I presented. Nick was also skilled in knowing when the deal was made and quick to help us close the purchase. I will recommend Toyota Ford of Greenfield to my friends as well as recommend them seeking out the opportunity to be served by Nick. I feel that both of us got a reasonable deal.

My experience with Toyota Ford of Greenfield was fantastic as indicated by my rankings. I rated this dealership high because of the excellent service that was provided to me. The sales consultant Mark was very accommodating and found exactly what I was looking for in a new car, and made sure that we got through the paperwork quickly and had the car ready to go on the next day which I wasn't expecting given the trim level I was looking at. I would definitely recommend anyone in the Greenfield/western mass area to check out this dealership because of the quality, service, and the great staff.

It would be very difficult to give *too* much credit to Mark Caloon. Once again, when we called to say we were "starting to look for a new car...", we ended up with a brand new set of wheels in the yard about three days later. This has become a consistent pattern over the past twenty years with Mark, and the former Sweeney's Ford; now Ford of Greenfield/Toyota of Greenfield. Mark consistently helps us sort through our needs, and comes up with our best option. Last year it was a brand new Prius, which we still love. This week it was a used car swap and upgrade for our daughter. The older SUV appraisal and trade in was smooth and generous. The choice, prep and processing of the replacement Honda sedan went without a hitch. The only delay was for a couple of days of body work on the Honda, which we were not even expecting. It's now showroom quality, and the loaner car while waiting for the body work and painting meant very little inconvenience, in return for a huge reward! We've been referring friends and family to this dealership for years, and specifically to Mark when possible, and they've all become loyal customers too. The whole staff works together as a team, and we often touch base with several others whenever we stop by to visit. We did our own financing this time, but their financial team has always made it easy and efficient when we've needed their assistance. It's no surprise to us that Mark Caloon is consistently in the top three on their sales team, and he sets the bar for friendliness and efficiency within the sales department. Thanks again, Mark!
